Start by filling out our simple onboarding form. We'll need your basic information, the state where you want to practice, your NPI number, and a few other details. It only takes about 5 minutes!
Complete Your Payment
After submitting your application, you'll be directed to our secure Stripe payment page. The flat fee of $500 covers the entire licensing process for one state—no hidden fees or surprises.
Set Up Your Account
Once we receive your application, you'll get access to set up your password. This creates your personal dashboard where you can track everything in real time.
Review Your Checklist
Log into your client portal to see your personalized licensing checklist. You'll see exactly what's been completed, what's in progress, and what needs your attention next.
Complete Your Tasks
Some checklist items are yours to complete (marked with You), while others are handled by our team (marked with Stable). Simply check off your items as you finish them!
Upload Your Documents
Click the paperclip icon next to any checklist item to upload required documents like your certifications, transcripts, or ID. We accept PDFs, images, and Word documents up to 10MB each.
