1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this NP licensing management platform ("Platform") operated by Stable Health Care Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by and abide by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

Stable Health provides administrative support for state NP licensing applications. Our services include:

  • NP licensing documentation and application completion support
  • Credential verification assistance
  • State board communication and tracking
  • Real-time licensing progress updates

What We Do NOT Provide: We do not provide legal advice, medical advice, or guarantee licensure approval. State boards make final licensure decisions independently.

3. Payment Terms

Services are provided for a flat fee of $500 per state NP application. Payment is due upon onboarding submission.

  • Payment is processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor
  • Fees are non-refundable once onboarding has been submitted
  • State board fees, fingerprinting costs, and background check fees are paid separately by you directly to the state or vendor
  • We do not process or store payment card information on our servers

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during onboarding
  • Take full responsibility for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Comply with all state licensing board requirements and regulations
  • Respond promptly to communications from Stable Health regarding your application
  • Not use this Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Limitations of Liability

STABLE HEALTH PROVIDES SERVICES ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or failures in state board processing or licensure decisions
  • Changes in state licensing requirements or regulations
  • Information inaccuracies provided to us by you or state boards
  • Consequences of your failure to respond to board requests
  • Platform downtime or technical issues beyond our control

6. Confidentiality

All information you provide is treated confidentially and used solely for processing your NP license application. Your data is not sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for complete information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Stable Health Care Services LLC or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, transmit, modify, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Illegal or harmful conduct
  • Non-payment of fees

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stable Health Care Services LLC is incorporated. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
